Every evening at 9pm in the month of May Kusala will open it's doors to everyone for the practice of Metta meditation. This practice builds in a powerful way universal love and compassion in one's heart. This will in turn effect how we speak and how we act in the world. Mondays 7:00-8:30pm
The group will be led by Josh Korda, assisted by Melissa McKay, and
will consist of an opening guided Vipassana meditation followed by a
talk and time for your questions to be answered. Vipassana means to
see things as they are. The practice is the cultivation of one's
ability to stay aware in the present moment.
guided metta meditation
Sundays 6:00-8:00pm
This group is led by Melissa McKay and consists of a 45 minute
guided metta meditation. Instructions are given in the
beginning and a talk or discussion is done for the last hour.
Beginners are very welcome but may find 45 minutes challenging.
The groups are supported by donation only. Your donation of about $5-10 is suggested to help us cover our expenses, and is gratefully received. Please give only what you can afford.
